NOTICE OF REDLANDS CRICKET INCORPORATED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

In accordance with paragraph 7 of the Rules of Redlands Cricket Incorporated adopted on 17 February 2022, The Twenty Seventh Annual General Meeting of Redlands Cricket Incorporated has been scheduled for Tuesday, 10 March 2026 commencing 7 PM. Venue: RCI Clubhouse, 347 Birkdale Road, Wellington Point, 4160. 

Business to be conducted at the meeting: 

1. Confirm the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting. 

1. Receive the President’s Executive Report. 

1. Receive the Association’s Financial Statement and Audit Report for the Financial Year 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. 

1. Present the Financial Statement and Audit Report for adoption. 

1. Elect Members of the Management Committee. 

1. Appoint an Auditor. 

1. Appoint a Club Solicitor. 

1. Elect Life Member/s. 

1. Appoint Club Patrons.
